Our Rancho Cucamonga High School Jazz Program is all about energy, creativity, and the joy of making music together!
Our talented students shine in two incredible ensembles: Silver Jazz and Purple Jazz.
SILVER JAZZ is where the journey begins! This group gives students the chance to dive into the world of jazz—learning improvisation, rhythm, and style while having a blast performing together. You can spot Silver Jazz members by their sharp silver bow ties or ties.
PURPLE JAZZ takes things up a notch. As our advanced ensemble, these musicians tackle more challenging pieces and showcase their skills at a higher level. With their bold purple bow ties or ties, they’re always ready to impress on stage.
Both bands bring the spirit of jazz to life through competitions, school performances, and our always-exciting spring recitals. Whether silver or purple, every member of the RCHS Jazz Program helps keep jazz swinging strong on campus!
